I'm currently compiling a groundbreaking book named "Intuition in Action," featuring contributions from 100 female leaders. Each of these accomplished women has been invited to share a specific instance where trusting their intuition led to an unexpectedly successful outcome.

Albert Einstein said: “The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honours the servant and has forgotten the gift.”

The idea of “women’s intuition” is a persistent stereotype, but regrettably it’s often used to dismiss women’s intelligence or belittle their achievements. This project aims to honour the gift and legitimise intuition as a professional skill, by showcasing a plethora of real-world success stories from skilled female leaders.

I've been fortunate enough to receive submissions from a wide variety of fields. Each anecdote lays out a time when a decision was made based on intuition that conventional data alone couldn't resolve. I'm delighted to say that submissions for this project have now closed and work is already underway compiling the science and studies of intuition alongside the stories.

This is my third book and it's by far the most exciting! If you (or a female leader you know) has an inspiring story of intuition in action, watch this space for the exciting collaborative initiatives I'm now developing to support the book's publication. And once you're ready to come on board, let's connect!
